Oh, I'm still going to try to get in there for a dive. Don't know how, but I am not giving up. I'm sure there's all manner of crap down there -- it's close to a road (although surrounded by barbed wire-topped fencing), and near some railroad tracks.
I found a deer leg bone on a dive in New Hampshire, and some clown on the boat was telling me that is was a human arm bone. I didn't tell him that I'd taken just enough human anatomy to be more than a little skeptical...and let him enjoy his conspiracy fantasy.
Still, the initial find was pretty cool.
