A fellow who is getting out of diving (I think for health reasons, but I did not pry) is selling his equipment. I need a BC, and he has an OSI brand BC. Or maybe it is QSI, the logo is ambiguous. I have never heard of this brand. Has anyone here?

Not familiar with it. Did he by any chance say where he bought it, and can you track the manufacturer that way?
