pumpkin carving rules. Firtst you must climb to the top of the highest mountain and sit in the lotus position and repeatedly say UHMMM while focusing your mind on the perfect UW pumpkin carving rules.

Or you could take the short cut and ask me(the all knowing guru of underwater pumpkin carving).

Since you asked I'll post a thread about the rules(they're very tricky and complex you know)
