I'm a Fish!
How's the wreck diving scene in Puget Sound? Is it even come close to San Diego/NC/Great Lakes?
 
Unfortunately no. There are a few wrecks, but nothing like back east or the great lakes.

That said we do have some amazing diving on artificial reefs and wall dives. If you are looking to see life this is a place that will blow you away. In British Columbia there are far more wrecks that have been sunk for rec. purposes.
