Hi. I'm looking at booking the Juliet which leaves/returns from Mayaguez, PR for diving around Mona and Desecheo. Plan is to fly into San Juan and just do the van transfer trip the following day for the liveaboard departure.
After the boat returns we'd like to plan on spending another 3 days or so on land after diving for a week, and gradually make our way back to San Juan. So ideally we'd like to rent a car in Mayaguez and return it in San Juan to let us see some sights on the way at our own pace and schedule, vs. taxis, vans, buses, etc.
Any suggestions?
