puerto rico diving

I'm a relative beginner, only 17 logged dives. My family and I are heading for Perto Rico in a couple weeks and I would love recommendations on where to spend my alloted two days of diving. On the wall in the South? On Culebra? What are the conditions like there, who are the best people to dive with?

Some of the diving is just fantastic. Especially in Desecheo (of Rincon) and Parguera.
Desecheo is a must do and Parguera is almost as good and cost very reasonable (even a place to stay for a night or two is not bad).
