3rd. Row 81

you have a Pre E-series PST low pressure 80. They used to call them AQUA-SPORT or AQUA-PRO depending on if high (3500) or low pressure (2400). I don't remember which is which.
Still a good tank, but different then the E-series tanks. The DOT rating 3AA2400 tells you that it is a standard (not the new E9791 exemption) and the pressure rating is 2400 psi. At 2640, the rating is 80.6cuft.
The 2-03+ is the hydro/manufacture date with the plus rating which allows you to fill it 10% over to 2640psi.
The LP 80 is the same exact size as the new E7-100's but with a slightly different weight due to the different steel and wall thickness.
you see a lot of these tanks for great prices as shops want to clear them out to get in the new E-series tanks. Doubled up they make a great set, or single as a nice alternative to AL80s.

I thought PST was still going to produce the LP-80 in addition to the other E-series cylinders... Is that not the case???

The latest price sheet I saw for PST did not list the LP-80, only the E-series tanks... the list was marked 4/04, other then that I have no info

There's no such thing as an E-series Low Pressure tank. All of the E series tanks have a 3442 psi rated pressure.

This is the tank I use. It is a low presure 80 or "LP-80"
it holds 80cu ft at 2640 PSI or just over 72 cu ft at 2400 psi.
The tank was made last year in '03

Just got mine yesterday. Its a PST E780. 7.25" diameter, about 20" tall, 26# and -2 # empty. It did come with a HUGE PST sticker about 10". I dove with it and love it. It's a lot easier to carry since it's a few inches shorter and doesn't drag. So far I am happy with it.

The E7-80 is a HP tank rated at 3442psi not 2640psi....
its also smaller then an LP 80 by about 4"
