Could someone tell me what the little button at the bottom of the second stage is for? Is it a drain?

Its a little piece of plastic to hold the second stage purge cover in place so it doesnt move around, and you cant unscrew it. If you want to take the purge cover off, just pry this little plug out, and unscrew the cover...
