TPWD has on there web site proposed new rules and Standard Operating Protocol and Guidelines. For Public Reefing. I'm not the best at this internet stuff so here is the link tpwd.state.tx.us/landwater/habitats/artificial_reef/documents.phtml This is the brainchild of the department and the commitee has not reviewed or agreed to these procedures. We have not be informed as to the purpose or the need for this I guess the public will find out at the three meetings they have scheduled. As chairman of the commitee please post your comments. Thanks for your input
