I am new to Scuba and I just recently purchased a Dacor Condor BC XL. Where should the cummerbund sit when I strap it together.. i.e. across belly button, above, below??

...I'd say below the belly button...but that's really dependent on your physique/height as well as the range of adjustment your BC will permit...sometimes you will just have to go diving with the BC and see what works/feels good to you and adjust accordingly.
