Profile problem in chat

I was in the SB chat room today and wanted to see the profile of another member, so I tried to access it via the pull-down menu in the room list. I got this:

ScubaBoard Message
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

I asked another member present to try it, and she had no trouble. Could it be a browser thing? I'm on Safari. BTW, the other functions work just fine (private, file, invite, etc.).

I had the same problem. In both Firefox and IE8 under Windows 7

It's the app we are using for chat. It's incredibly buggy and does not fully integrate with vBulletin. IOW, it doesn't work and we see no solution for fixing it.
