Not sure if this is a BC question or a reg question, but I have a first generation Oceanic islander with an integrated air XS2 that's been working great for the last 12 years. In testing it at a dive shop today with a tank I cannot depress the BC inflate button when it is under pressure from the tank. When I remove the tank (or air hose) the button can be depressed freely and seems to operate normally. Air XS2 reg works normally though. Left it with them for service (which it's overdue for anyway) but wondering if there's something simple I missed, and also just curious what might be at fault.
