We used CARM Tours & Transfers for the "bag drag" last fall and were very happy with the service.

I have used Transfers USamerica on several occasions and have had no problems. The contact # I have is local 998 34 60 285 (from a US # 001 52 998 346 0285) They use WhatsApp for messaging and talk which has pretty much become the standard communications app for most of Latin and South America.

He just quoted me 850 pesos one way to Playa ($45) which is $8-15 cheaper than any of the other places I've found.
