A lot of it will depend on your cruise schedule.
IIRC, Molokini isn't a viable option, because you don't get off the boat until 9am (or later) and you only get the one daytime here. Additionally, you will need to find your way from Kahului (I believe PoH docks over there) over to either Lahaina or Kihei to do *any* diving (shore or boat).
Of course, that schedule could be wrong... it's just what I understand to be the case.
