Pressure gauge: digital, small, 340 bar/5'000 psi, 1/4" thread. Where to buy?

I am looking for such a gauge but can not find it. I find 25 mm 400 Bar (6000 psi) hochpräzises Messgerät, digitales Manometer, Mini-Manometer, Hintergrundbeleuchtung, Display mit USB-Kabel - AliExpress 13 but I do need 1/4", not 1/8" thread.

I want to use it on BAUER 071344 Füllventil Handradausführung - PN300 so must be 1/4".

Indeed then can I suggest you buy the proper gauge part and not this total crap from China.

The Bauer genuine replacement pressure gauge is 63mm 0-400 bar for the 300 bar DIN connector. Part number is N4101

Now for the crucial piece of information. You needed to state was the thread type. Asking for a 1/4 is not sufficient information 1/4 What? BSP NPT Taper or what 1/4G or 1/4R

Now if its to fit a genuine Bauer filling adaptor it needs to be the 1/4R thread (and NOT the 1/4G)
Unless of course you wish to chase the gauge flying across the room as it fires out of the housing at 300 bar.

Be aware this is not best practice but a 1/4 BSPT male taper thread into a 1/4 BSPP parallel female hole works OK just not best practice more so I would suggest for the scuba numpty who don't know the difference and buys off the likes of EBay and Alibaba who cares.

But stuffing a 1/4G parallel male thread gauge into a 1/4R female taper hole is asking for trouble. That or another hole in the wall or better still in your face or private parts depending on how lucky you're feeling. On the bright side then you will need another brick in the wall to fix it and could make a small fortune in royalty revenue sales for the song. Just a thought LOL

Why? You can get adapters from pretty much anything to anything. The IMPORTANT thing is that the threads match, per the previous post.

There are plenty of high pressure adapters. Just don't buy a cheap brass one.

In fact, some of the "1/4 inch gauges" are delivered as 1/8 gauges plus a bushing.

Your confusing a high pressure 1/8R female to 1/4R male adaptor with a simplistic plumbers Pipe Thread Reducer PTR

The PTR I agree has a very thin wall due to the lack of required pressure and the short body length
by contrast a high pressure 1/8R female to 1/4 R male is machined on an extended body hex length so the female thread doesn't interfere into the male thread part of the 1/4R male end.
Both 1/8R and 1/4R adaptors are not used due to the difficulty in positioning the gauge at the correct orientation angle while at the same time at the point that the torque pressure point effects the leak tight seal.

Again if you intend fitting it into the Bauer 071344 charging connector you need a 1/4R fitting (Not the 1/4G for reasons given earlier

Again in order to both effect a leak tight seal at 300 bar while at the same time orientate the gauge face to a position that you can view the dial. You can only achieve this with the R type taper thread.

Yes it is easy to use but I found none which takes 330 bar. I found one which takes 40 bar. Wall thikness is very thin. If someone has a bushing which takes 330 bar please let me know.
