I passed it on to a few who are in the tech realm. I know they have been evaluating hand held lights (as opposed to cans), and a handle like this may be of value.

That's a big light.

It should just barely fit.
52mm = 2.05 inches
There is a little more clearance than 2" in the design but not much and it all depends on the final manufacturing tolerances. It also depends on how accurately the flashlight is built.
If you wanted to do it you will need to purchase longer bolts. 3" length for it to work. I can send you the part numbers to buy. It will cost you a couple of dollars extra or you can try to find them locally.

Here is a drawing of the handle with a 52mm circle in it so you can see how it fits. The limitation as you can see is the vertical bolts. You can't go wider than them.
