Pratas Island/Dong Sha Dao

I was wondering if anyone here has dived Pratas Reef before. Understand it is a open sea Atoll south of Taiwan, but has been heavily dynamite-fished and poisoned. Hows the diving there at the moment?

I read that it is still worth going there for diving.

Despite the heavy dynamite-fishing and poisoning, the place is still full of big stuff such as Grouper, Shark and lots of other fishes.

There are still trips departing locally from HK for deep sea fishing and diving in the area. Alternatively, some of these trips start by flying to Hainan Island and then set sail from there.
