What does STA stand for?

I have read about 1000 threads mentioning it today and can't seem to figure it out...

Single Tank Adapter.

If you look at a plate its shaped so that doubles fit on either side of a raised central section. An STA bolts onto the raised central section and provides a sort of groove where the single tank can rest.

Gotcha - thanks :)
