Halcyon's wings are rather expensive but there are plenty of alternatives that are just as good or better like, Oxycheq Signature series, Deep Sea Supply, Golem Gear just to name a few.

There are some wings where the inner bladder is completely urethane, which makes patching easier.

Actually, the Golem wings have the inner bladder made out of polyurethane coated 650 denier Cordura (same stuff outer shells on most other wings are made of), it is almost impossible to puncture and during CE testing it was pressurized to 180bar (2600PSI) without problems.

Aquaseal is currently drying, we will see if everything turned out allright tomorrow...

Instead of putting just a drop of Aquaseal over the hole I spead it a little bit, say 1,5 cm x 1.5 cm square...

The wing had a little bit of air inside to avoid glueing it together...

Thanks but I was aware that Golem wings aren't fully urethane, that was meant for wings like oxycheq.

Good to hear that your wings are so tuff... good competition for Halcyon
