Narcosis scuba is probably the closest charter I know of, but they often have to tack south so you might be better off driving to Seminole to get on with Tanks a Lot. They often visit the same sites, but it is more of a straight shot out from Seminole.
You can also head north to visit some of the springs. Most of the ones in the High Springs area are closed right now, Ginnie probably will be open by next month but the state parks are a maybe. Blue Grotto and Devil's Den appear to be open, and Paradise might be open. Rainbow River might be an option no idea about the status of the water taxi or the park.
