Port Closures ... increased?

I would be puking my guts out if I was on that ferry! I imagine it was hellish for that cruise ship in the background.

Wasn't the port already closed when those incidents happened and the boat captains were ignoring it?

@ggunn They closed the port at 1 pm and these sinkings and deaths happened after 5 pm. The storm entered at 5 pm and all hell broke loose. Many boats we just heading out for their "sunset" cruises. The port captain will NEVER let this happen again.
