poor service from Oxycheq??

I paypaled oxycheq for some equipment weeks ago and after several emails and a phone call I havent heard anything...going to have to contact paypal for a retraction soon...Wondering if anyone is having the trouble I am.

Be patient... Oqycheq is an upstanding company... it is unusual to have to wait at all with them... something must be holding things up.

Patrick has been busy with trade shows that have taken him out of state, as well as dealing with a patent lawsuit (that's almost over). Very busy guy.

He emailed me back three times yesterday and once today regarding the $100 purchase of an el cheapo analyzer.

He's also been pretty good in emailing regarding his products over time.

This would just be an oversight I am sure.

Well I just happened to receive a refund minutes ago.
Looks like Oxycheq is dependable after all. Alls well that ends well!

still love my oxycheq wing - got hung up under a raft last weekend and dragged myself out...thing's bullet proof.
