I've been wondering why my Al pony bottle seems to spring leaks frequently at the valve o-ring. Recently I started to consider electrolysis eating away the pony bottle since it is aluminium and I most frequently dive with a HP steel main tank. Anyone else out there experience this or have thoughts on it? I'm wondering if I should replace the pony bottle since its exterior surface seems corroded. A visual might not catch tank wall thinning from the outside.
