I was playing in the pool yesterday wearing nothing but an AL BP without any wing and an AL40 slinged DIR style. I was frog kicking around in my Hollis F1s with perfect weighting.

But one thing bugged me.

When I'd kick, I'd feel the pony shift back. When I'd stop, I'd feel the pony shift forward and stop. Like something loose rolling around in my car while I drive.

Are there any improvements to the minimist stage riggings? Maybe take a lesson out of the side mount movement?

sounds like you have the bottle configure too loose. the forward bolt snap should not have any slack on it. it should be tight against the bottle and the rear should only have enough slack to attach it to the hip D ring.

see if tighting everything up helps. you can also try a bungie around the neck of the bottle to pull the blot snap closer.

It'll move a little. You'll get used to it.

The back bolstsnap needs about a hand's width of slack. Too tight and the bottle will make a wedge, and its nearly impossible to have 2 bottles clipped off if its tight.
