Pony Bottle Question.

Are Pony bottles refillable, or is it a one time use thing? I can't seem to find the answer. :06:

As you probably have realized from your searches on scubaboard, pony's are a bit of a controversial subject. Of course, you must make your own mind up about them. However, if you are pensive about a purchase, peruse the piles of prior pony posts.

Yep- material cost. I would imagine the production/labor costs are similar and if anything the 80's would have an advantage of economy of scale in setting up, tooling and devoting production capacity for larger and more frequent production runs.

Just curious, what's the controversy?
