An old boy goes out on the town and wins $300 on the pokies/slot machines. After to many beers and to much fun he walks home with the $300 in change in his pockets. As he tries to scale his front steps to go inside he stumbles and most of his change in his pocket falls on the porch. He tried , although tired and emotional (Pis#*ed) to pick up his winnings but gave up to try in the morning. After a good night sleep he woke up feeling ok even after indulging to much the night before. Then he realized he had won the money and then remembered his fall on the step.He walked to the front door opened it to see 200 bottles of milk on the porch.

I remember having milk, eggs, and butter delivered to the house when I was a kid. That went out in the late 60's in this area. Is that still a practice in OZ?

Reminds me of the time my dad came home early from work one day and found my mother in bed with the milkman. He yelled:

How can you do that with the milkman when we owe the Butcher so much money?

For some reason it sounded funnier in my head then when I typed it out.
