Pneumatic for Spain?

I'm new to spearfishing, but I've pretty much decided on buying a 52" sea hornet rhino...

however, my fiance is from Spain and I will be going there this summer and would love to spearfish some...

could anyone recommend a good shore gun? I don't need anything so fancy...

I was looking at one of the Cressi-sub 55...is this a good gun?

or something like that...

recommendations?

I don't know if things have changed and where you are going in Spain but as I remember from my days in Europe there ain't a friendly attitude toward spear fishermen in the Med.
