Sorry, I can't help you identify the mask.........
OTOH.........my son has had great luck with the Evo Typhoon mask; it was the lowest priced corrective lenses mask we could find...he went through a period of losing/breaking masks when he was younger........
He now uses contact lenses..........
We have his last mask for sale, not sure what you correction is........but you may be interested.......if nothing else as a cheap backup mask...........
