I put on some minor deco in many of my full cave training dives (never more than about 5 mins), particularly those at Ginnie which is slightly deeper and involves a phycial work out for a first timer in flow. In all honesty, delays are going to happen in caves so with the best planning a combination of flow, shape of cave, alligator on exit, emergencies, etc are going to put you into deco from time to time. At the full cave level this is probably best dealt with by means of an AN/DP (or equivalent) course, a tank of 100% at the exit and two computers whose algorithm you understand and trust. And yes, I do keep an eye on the maps and my no deco limit remaining on the way in.
