rx7diver, I was going to call some local places, but decided SOMONE must have done the research before me, and figured I'd find it online. All searches point at the same (relatively) long distance areas I knew of, and the LDS and local divers, when asked for "local" diving start with Dutch Springs, 2 1/2 hrs into PA, then go further.
As to buddies, I have sent multiple messages here & on Divebuddy.com, no answers yet (unless you count the charters & lady from Dubai)
I had a paid boat dive set up for 8/27, canceled because of the hurricane. I can't win.
