Does anybody know if there are any places in the Outer Banks, NC, where you can get your cylinder filled, besides the dive shop on Roanoke Island?

I'm assuming your talking about Roanoke Island dive shop? there is another place called Ghost fleet charters, but they are on Roanoke Island as well. I've done a little diving in OBX but always taken my own tanks due to there being no dive shops there.

Your best bet is still the shop on Roanoke, but you might also want to check with local marinas or charter operators ,they sometimes have fill stations or can point you to one nearby.
