I purchased the MC system...whatever that means......I think it means the BP/Wing come together..hehehe, comes with the Option Pak too..whatever, I ordered what I wanted.

I also got the ACB+ system.

Ordered from EE as you both suggested. Spoke to a real helpful guy, forgot his name though.....I should have it by Thursday. Everything was in stock and is shipping today.

I am a tad apprehensive about this as it will be my first significant equipment change since being certified, but it makes sense to me...I am pretty darn comfortable in the water with my back inflate and my trim is pretty darn good.......but this system looks so much cleaner/neater/simplistic.....I'm all about keeping it simple.

I can't wait to hear your critique of the system once you've had a couple of dives on it...

Yeah, the MC systems come, basically, complete and assembled. All you'll have to do is adjust and trim things up and basically customize the rig to your body.

You're gonna love it.

You're going to like the BP/Wing...don't worry.

Pretty soon we'll see you singing the praises of the BP/Wing here on ScubaBoard...

Shoot Jason, should have shown up this weekend. I would have let you try the setup. BTW, Detroit isn't the closest dealer to you.

The 27 was, I think, the right way to go but you might find you prefer a weight belt to the pouches.

Pardon the intrusion gentleman. Jason, my exposure suit/weighting is identical to yours. I would be grateful if you could specifically critique the 27# wing with regards to whether the lift is sufficient for you at depth (once you dive it, of course :D ).

If you find yourself wanting to go with the 36, I might be willing to work out a deal with you on the 27. I'm going to be setting both myself and my lovely lady/buddy up together, so the 27# wing will be a no brainer for her.

Enjoy your test drive...........Scott

The thought of that alone is scary enough. :)

Looking at my current BC and looking at the setup I just purchased......should be interesting.

I have to help with a class on the weekend, so not sure if I will break it out then....doesn't seem like a good time to be fiddling with equipment....hehehe

I was and still am sick. I stayed home all weekend...... can anyone breakout a small violin?

Scott, I will do that. Last night I found out my current BC has a lift of 32lbs...I never even came close to fully inflating it so I think the 27 will be cool with me.

I'll give an honest critique of it ASAP. Heck, if I dont like it then I'll sell it to you....atleast you will know how many dives it actually had..chances are though I am going to get a marriage certificate for it.

Yeah... Then you're going to sound like the rest of us "religious" types. :D
