I think the elastiprene will be streatchier, but the element will be warmer. I think the element has Merino as well.

The element is actualy a 7/5 suit. It is completely lined with merino wool but, is not elastaprene. It has chimney seals in the wrists and ankles and a semidry zipper. VERY NICE SUIT.

The ME-7 is 7mm all over including the extremeties... Very warm suit and very comfortable in movement both on land and more below the surface...
