I'm in the market for my first drysuit, I currently dive a pinnacle wetsuit and love it, and my LDS is really pushing the pinnacle products, so naturally I'm definetly interested. Has anyone on this board had any experience with the pinnacle drysuits good/bad/ugly?

Jim

I like the new one. I've only seen one in the water, but have checked another out thoroughly at the shop near me. Seems like a REALLY nice suit.

I wish it came in my size, and I wish I could get different pockets on it. Other than that, I really like it.

I have the seal (3mm merino lined)

Best fitting and most comfortable suit I have ever worn, I were it in water everywhere from 67F up to about 81F and its never too warm or too cool. As for construction I think it is top notch, Double Blind stiched all the way around, with reinforcing at all the connections. The neoprene is piable and strecthes just right, snug where is should be with no constrictions. I highly recommend these suits , better even than my custom suits.

Meesier, yeah I totally agree with you, I have the Fusion 4/5mm with a torso heater as well, always fantastic for fit and quality is great, hence why I've got my eye on the drysuits, since at 44 degrees on my last dive, the wetsuit with torso heater was just a tad chilly. Thank god it was only 10 minutes bottom time.

I have the Pinnacle Extreme drysuit with the Merino lined undergarments. I love both the drysuit and the undergarments. The suit is well made, the latex seals are heavy duty, but easy to get into and out of. The sizing chart are pretty accurate (I'm 6'2" and 205 and got a Large and it fits great). The exhaust valve exhausts well (SiTech). But if you are in the market for a drysuit, FIT IS EVERYTHING. Make sure whatever suit you get fits right with the undergarments you are going to use. Bottom line is I would buy this suit again with no hesitations.

I have a pinnacle 7mm polar. Its really comfortable and warm. They definately are quality wetsuits.
