was that at high or low tide? the reason I ask is it seems like a lot of sand piled up on the beach in 2nd from last photo. (Maybe it's the restoration they were working on last year).

what were water temps?

It was at the beginning of high tide. There is some sand piled up there pretty high. The water temp was 70 degrees. Still a little cool but diveable.

nice water temp for this time of year. I'm hoping it's be shortie weather when I'm down in May

If we could quit having these crazy cool spells it just might be able to warm up. If it is late May you are coming down hopefully the water will be warmer by then.

it's late May. In the past we've been coming down early May, but for some reason we eneded up with late May this time.

Early May two years ago, the water temps were 63 to 68 the entire week. BRRRRRR.

Great pictures Glen, but that can be said for any pictures that include me :)

LOL!!! Damn you Mike! Do you have file saved away on your computer for saving the less gracious pictures of SB'ers?

You always have the links! Arg!! :D

Besides, that picture is probably responsible for selling thousands of metric tons of sausage - look at the uber sexy handsome model enjoying it!
