Yes, it went out last week. Thankfully the garbage men take it whole - I didn't have to cut it up.

Cut my own. When I get some land, i'm planting a small "cutting" area for Christmas trees each year. That way, me and my son can go out each winter and pick one out for the home.
With a real tree: Craft decorations out of real things like popcorn and pinecones, or buy commercially made ornaments.
