Phuket or Cebu?

if your going on a diving holiday imo there is much better diving in asia than thailand. is there any particular reason you are choosing these two locations? if you decide thailand as others have said get yourself on a liveaboard to the similans and enjoy a couple of days on land before and after.

There are couple of sizable wrecks around Malapascua. My favourite is MV Donna Marilyn but then wreck is not everyone cup of tea.
