Just kidding, yes it's a zebra moray eel. I also checked to see if it's the same one I've seen at Anemone reef, but no, it's not.
The one at Anemone Reef is Kyle, a cousin from Ronny in the picture. Sometimes they meet up for a beer at the Sharkpoints third reef and end up completely wasted before they slither home to their crevices.
