Just came back from a liveaboard trip to south Andaman Sea, Thailand ( Hin Dang/Hin Maung, Bida Nok, Bida Nai around Phi Phi Island, Koh 5 etc).
Coral reefs seemed pretty well intact with very little visible damage anywhere.

Thanks for all the nice words, here are the exif data on the pictures, all were shot in RAW format with ISO 200
#1 12-24mm wide angle at 12mm, F5.6, 1/640s
#2 70-180 macro at 180mm, F10, 1/125s
#3 70-180 macro at 160mm, F10, 1/125s
I did a brief trip report in Asia section of the forum under South Andaman Sea Trip report.

My divebuddy had a whole bunch of fantastic pictures of the mantas that hopefully he will post here eventually. Mantas did not seem to like me very much and I did not get close enough to get some decent shots :(

if anyone has any pointer on shooting all those tiny glassfishes or whatever they are called, I would appreciate it. There are plenty of those around in Andaman Sea but I never managed to get good pictures of them.
