Some shots from my recent trip to Curacao! Great diving down there, great shallow reefs and walls. I had to include some topside shots since the wildlife there is really beautiful. All shot with my Sony A7R IV, underwater shots with my Canon 8-15mm Fisheye and topside mostly with Sony 200-600 f5.6-6.3

I especially like the octopus photo. I wish you were a little closer. Beautiful ❤️

Heavy plankton bloom here, so most of my photos from the past month involved lots of Photoshop.

Agreed, he was being pretty elusive once the whole group came near. I’m thinking I need to bring my 16-35mm down there for just such occasions.

Pretty psyched my lobster from MA got 1st place in the portrait category of a wildlife photo competition this weekend!

I took time off with family in August and stayed in a resort on the western edge of Tripoli. Did as much diving as sea conditions allow (this August was terrible in terms of sea conditions customary for August in Libya). I took my camera on a couple of dives.

I haven't had the chance to go through all the pictures I took due to the situation here but here is a sample (visibility was terrible most of the time):

Painted Comber - Serranus scriba – Regatta Safia Reef (Tripoli, Libya)
OLY E-M5 in Nauticam Housing, OLY M.12-50mm lens at 50mm, 1/320s, f/20, ISO: 320, 2 X S&S YS-D1 (with dual-electronic sync cord)
