Current Pasaways who have confirmed interest August 23 - August 30: -

Larry - 5 1/2 days
Caloy - 4 days
Jon - 4 days
Cathy - 4 days

Tentatives: -

Spoon - 4 days
Pakman - 4 days
Halthron - 4 days
Dennis - ? days
Tim (Wolverine) - ? days

To guarantee this happens, We need a minimum of 2 people more to join the "confirmed" list.

This is based on Anilao Thurs / Fri / Sat, booze cruise to SG Sat late PM and Sun / Mon / Tues AM in PG with boat return to Anilao on Sun PM for those who need to get back to Manila.

Costs: -

Based on 5 people x 4 day courses and me x 6 day course (total 6 people)
4 day course = $270 per person
6 day course = $450 per person

Based on 7 people x 4 day courses and me x 6 day course (total 8 people)
4 day course = $208 per person
6 day course = $342 per person

Reminder! This is for MV's costs only, everything else (transport / accommodation / food & booze) is at your own cost. That said, we'll bargain like nobody's business to get the best deals wherever we go.

PLEASE NOTE - we now have (including tentatives) the magic maximum number of 8 pasaways signed up, so anyone interested but not yet included has to go on a back-up list in case of people pulling out. PM me.

I'm going to ask MV for a cut-off date to confirm interest by as he will need to book and pay for flights as well as getting time off from his high-pressure hectic manta-chasing...

Not sure if we need deposits or how to manage it if we do, my current feeling is that I'll pick up the bill first and collect from you guys on tour.

CLA:
Plus Tim and Dennis and possibly Jag and Paolo. I'm sure there will be more than 8 of us. Is this OK? Maybe Mike can bring an assistant.

I believe they used to call them "handmaidens":D

As for numbers, I think Mike's happy with a max of 8, let's keep it small and friendly to get the most one-on-one time with mantaman.

Just replied, Jon.

Hopefully I'll know better by end of this weekend. Just trying to nail down some travel dates. And if I'm definitely going, I may have something that might offset the overall price for all participants... ;) will PM you on that later as well...

Blargh.. I'm already going to Fiji...

Hey Mikey - what level of camera would you recommend I have before taking your course?

Yeah, I know, this could get pricey...

a camera that does full manual is best in order to learn as much as possible.

Also, an external strobe is nice to have but not mandatory...

HOw about June 07 Z?
