Must ... Not ... Spend ... More ... Money

No choice.. you have already stepped into the dark side... all you can know now is the dwindling bank account as the photo equipment shelf fills up... :light:

Hey Tim, you set to go?

I hope so.. but can only confirm prob at the end of June. If I get my offer letter for my new job early, I might be able to determine the start date, which will of cse be 1 September... :D Until then, I can only cross my finger...

come on down for the weekend, Mike will surely need some model subjects for this workshop.. ;)

Yes, my camera also prefers female models. Caloy, Jonix and Spoon will have their own personal models while we'll be left with guys toting huge clunky cameras. Graceful PPD ladies are much more photogenic. Ish, Iris, Kat, and the rest of the PPD- please join us for the weekend. How do we party without you?

Thought I'd revive this and get back on track. So it's official, Aug 23-29. First part will be in Anilao. Have we decided on which resort? AquaV? same for PG. Are we doing it again in Asia Divers or maybe Atlantis this time? Or for budget reasons are we all going to stay in the local inns again (Sha Che/ Sunshine) and then try to hire bangka's and tanks independently w/o guides? But I think for PG, it might be best to get a DM since they will know the sites much better and will be better in finding stuff for us. Plus its good to throw business to the "local" dm's...

Can the photo workshop be extended to Sunday in Anilao so that there'll be no need for us four day participants to travel to PG and back?

Three people have expressed an interest in the Sabang wrecks, that plus the Point bar makes it a goer.

I don't think it's going to be a real chore (actually weather OK it'll be a good laugh), we leave from Anilao and cruise over during sunset was what I had in mind (sunset photo's, anyone?). The return trip, again afternoon, but time is more flexible is straight back to Anilao.

Basically it's a couple of hours out in a boat for good (and varied) wreck diving plus a DOR knees-up in PG is more likely to be lively than Anilao, I'd have thought.
