Is something wrong with the photo gallery? I tried to upload some photos, and they don't appear in my gallery.

Howard, yes, there does seem to be a small problem. Tech Admin is aware of it and hopefully things will resolve.
I got around it by creating a new album in my gallery and uploading to that instead of the main section of my gallery - hope that helps!
