going back to the philipines in February, been diving in Cebu, and tubathaha which was supberb. Any other thoughts of where to dive there from anyone.

Oh boy, that's a big question. Everyone will chime in with their favorite spots but you should do a search of this forum for the following locations:

Malapascua Island (north tip of Cebu Island)
Apo Island (south of Dumaguete)
Dumaguete (Negros Island)
Cabilao Island (Bohol Island)
Panglao Island (Bohol Island)
Puerta Gallera (Mindoro Island)
Anilao (South Luzon Island)
Coron -wrecks (North Palawan Province)
Subic Bay (Luzon)

(sorry, I may have misspelled some of them)

It really depends on what kind of diving you like to do and what kind of animal life you want to see as well. So if you want tailored recommendations you need to give us more information.
