Thought about combining Cebu and Palau in November. Cebu for cheap beach accommodation and some diving and as a base for Palau.
How to book the flight with Asian spirit from Europe?
Any information on cheap package deals?
Which dive shop in Palau would you recommend? And where to dive (on a budget) within easy reach of Cebu other than Moalboal?

you should be able to book online via www.asianspirit.com

dive on a budget from cebu? go to bohol!!! it's a 2hour fast ferry from cebu to tagbilaran (and vv) and about 30 minutes from tagbi to alona beach... from there you can base out of alona, or head for cabilao...

i think it's safe for me to say that based on the review dennis and the guys have of bohol diving you're better off spending your cebu time there rather than on... ummm... cebu
