Philippines Best Dives

Mabuhay I recently returned from an amazing journey in the P.I.`s. I am keen on returning and diving Tubatha and Apo reefs. I was in PG, Anilao, Apo Island , Moalboal, Malapascua and Balicsag. Some of the best but I know there`s much more. So.Leyte , El Nido , even Davao .... I don`t know how safe Mindinao is ??? I only know it`s probably beautiful. What are your best sites in the P.I.`s.
