We are diving almost daily on the house reef here in Dauin - Negros Oriental. We keep running in to new and exciting things

We have 3 main sites right outside the house, ranging from a shallow 3-4 meters to the 7-9 meters Coral Garden ending down by the big rock at 12-20 meters.

We havent tried to go further down on the rock side yet, but who knows there might be even more goodies waiting there.

The way out to the rock goes over 40 - 50 meters or so of boring sand bottom, but sometimes we get lucky and see some of these guys.

This scorpion fish was around 40cm. long, I didnt notice him at first, I was busy sticking my head in to an anemone looking at a family of clowns right in front of him.

An eel popping out trying to figure out who is making all those bubbles We havea ton of eels in on all 3 of our sites here, the main site even has 2-3 huge fish traps permanently and almost daily we see big eels getting caught there too, but the population is still amazing.

These are all taken with the http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/SY_DisplayProductInformation-Start?ProductSKU=DSCN2 with Sony's own underwater house and the internal flash.

We are thinking about going DSLR as we do a lot of diving and underwater photos, but this will do for now

The pictures are post processed in Photoshop using the underwater filter as well.
