Philipines - April/May

Ok.. so here i am starting to plan another dive trip, and I could do with some help please:

Trip: Last Week April / First Week May

1) Is a good time for diving?

2) Are the whalesharks still in Donsol?

3) If so, could i fit that in with a week at Malapascua?

4) Is there anywhere other land based diving that you can recommend to split a 2 week holiday? I like big things and lots of fish.. rather than smaller things and coral!

1) great time as the weather is good (most of the time)

2) don't know

3) Yes, or try S. Leyte for the whale sharks too

4) sounds like the Alona Beach area is the best diving around Cebu area
