I would like to know if there is anyone that could shed some light on if PERT or EFRI means more to have as a spec on your CV.

I have had some conflicting information in that some people say PERT one doesn't count as anything if you don't have PERT 2.

Should I then rather go for EFRI and maybe consider doing both PERT 1 & 2 at a later stage???

What would most employers look for in both the normal dive industry (recreational dive facilities) and sea rescue institutes etc. ???

Thanks
