I do believe I'll be changing out my improper 3k burst discs on my manifold to the proper 2.2k discs next fill...

Well Jim, I was still within the test pressure limits and it did pass it's last hydro back in 68, so I don't think that I had too much to worry about, what do you think.

Hydro in "68?? Yes, I have two steel 72's that were tested in '96. but I don't fill them from my 4500bank. I have a compressor in the basement that has a relief valve set at 2800 if I get distracted, and these are used for shop air activities and regularly internal inspection.
I know many of us over fill, but I get apprehensive/excited when I make the same type mistake. I'll retract my "stupid" comment because many of us have blown a burst disk at least once in over 40 years. "EXCITING"
